Requirements to request the registration of a mark:
- Denomination of the mark or logo in their
case.
- If they are wanted to protect colors in the
mark 15 labels they are required to color and 15 target and black (for
each registration).
- Type of products or services that are
wanted to protect (specifying the same ones in a list).
- Name of the proprietor of the mark.
- Factory home, of commercial establishment
or of the place of rendering of services.
- It dates since you began to use the mark.
- Special power of attorney
with characteristic of our negotiated letter-proxy before Notary public
to our favor for authorized person to give powers to name of the society
(moral people's case).
- Simple letter-proxy, subscribed before
two witness (for the supposition of artificial persons).
